All quotations provided by HexusBag Co., Ltd. are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities, and materials discussed at the time of inquiry. Changes to specifications after quotation may result in revised pricing.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit via T/T (telegraphic transfer) or through Alibaba Trade Assurance. The remaining 70% balance is due before shipment. Production timelines begin upon deposit confirmation and artwork approval.
Digital mockups are provided free of charge. Physical samples are available at cost and are typically produced within 7–10 business days. Sample fees may be credited toward the bulk order at HexusBag's discretion. Samples are non-returnable.
All artwork, designs, logos, and trademarks supplied by the buyer remain the sole intellectual property of the buyer. HexusBag will not reproduce, distribute, or use your artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. The buyer warrants that they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for production.
Standard production time is 25–30 days from artwork approval and deposit confirmation, subject to order volume and complexity. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. HexusBag will communicate any delays promptly.
Production photographs are provided for buyer review prior to shipment. If third-party quality inspection is required, it must be arranged and communicated before production begins. Any quality disputes must be raised within 14 days of receipt of goods, supported by photographic evidence.
Shipping is arranged per the buyer's preference: sea freight, air freight, or express courier. HexusBag is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or carrier service disruptions. Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
HexusBag shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or transportation failures.
HexusBag's liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total value of that order. In no event shall HexusBag be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or brand damage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Guangdong Province, China.
HexusBag reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of order confirmation applies to that order.
